I enjoyed the property and its free and tasty breakfast.
The hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean with perfect views of the cathedral. The staff was polite and provided friendly service. I didn't want to say goodbye, spent absolutely amazing time and do recommend.

The location on a pedestrian street was perfect for exploring the city, and the views from the terrace were breathtaking. The staff provided excellent service, from room service to laundry. The room amenities, like the in-room safe and air conditioning, added a luxurious touch to my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the hair dryer provided in the room.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

The complimentary breakfasts were delicious and offered a nice view of the Zocalo. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room had a TV, work desk, and private entrance. Great location close to major attractions in the historic center and many dining options. Just steps away from the plaza outside.

The view and building is good, giving a historic experience. The rooms facing the square offer a decent sleep. The location is key, with shops, bars, and restaurants around. The rooftop terrace provides a great view of the surroundings.
The noise from the square can be quite bothersome, especially if you have a room with a view. The old windows do little to block out the noise.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location, right on the main pedestrian street and on the central plaza, made it easy for me to get to and from most attractions.
